ずんだ餡はお家でも作ることができますが、これが本当に地道な作業で。
薄皮を剥く時に豆がどっかに飛んで行きます（笑）
お店によって、ずんだを少し粗くすり潰して枝豆の食感が残っていたり、牛乳を加えて滑らかに仕上げてあったり…
それぞれ個性があってどれも美味しい。

I make zunda bean paste at home, but this is really a very hardworking process.
When I peel off the thin skin, the beans go flying away all the time.
Depending on the shops, the zunda may be slightly different like having the texture of edamame, or milk may be added to make it smooth...
I like all of them.
