【萩のお皿】

萩の花お皿。

私のふるさと宮城県の県花「ミヤギノハギ」をイメージしたお皿を作りました。

夏萩ともいわれ6月頃から綺麗な紅紫色の花を咲かせます。
萩の花が一面に咲く様子、とても美しくて好きです。

 

Hagi flower plate.
I made a plate inspired by Miyagi Prefecture's prefectural flower, Miyagi Prefecture, my hometown.
This is also called Natsuhagi, and beautiful reddish-purple flowers bloom from around June.
I love how the Hagi flowers bloom all over the place.
